Do Not Call

DNC (Do Not Call) is a very important part of an voice broadcast. In almost every country, there are rules and regulations about who can be called, and many countries have a “preference list” where people can opt out of receiving cold calls. The DNC function in Newfies-Dialer allows you to upload lists of people not to call, as well as automatically add people to your own list of people not to call.

Typically, a Press 1 campaign will consist of a short message with the proposition followed by an invitation to press 1 to speak to an agent, and press 9 to be added to the DNC (Do Not Call) list. As long as this list is used for future campaigns, then that contact will never be called again, even if their number is in the list of contacts to call.
